L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-05062026-273188 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2779] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 5, 2026/JYAISTHA 15, 1948 4051 GI/2026 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR Division) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th June, 2026 S.O. 2873(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government, hereby designates the newly established "Special Court Manipur for NIA cases" at 3rd Floor of Annexe Court Building, Thoubal District Court Complex, Khangabok, Thoubal, Manipur, as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Manipur High Court and the Government of Manipur.
