Consequent upon the revision of cadre structure of Regional Implementation Offices, the appointments against the additionally created posts will be made as per Recruitment Rules and appointments against newly created posts will be made (in absence of Recruitment Rules) in consultation with Department of Personnel & Training. The reduced posts will cease to exist from the date of publication of the notification or from the date the post becomes vacant due to retirement or promotion or for any other reason of the present incumbent.
