Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861), NO 112, Seaa Towers, 1st Floor, Kavi Lakshmisha Road, Visveswarapuram, BENGALURU- 560004, guilty of Professional Misconduct falling within the meaning of Item (7) of Part I of Second Schedule to the aforesaid Act and consequently after affording an opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules, ordered for removal of name of CA. Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861) from the Register of Members for a period of 60(Sixty) days and also imposed a fine of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to be paid within 90(ninety) days and in case of default in payment of fine within stipulated time his name shall be removed for a further period of 30(Thirty) days. Since the Respondent had already paid the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act, read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of CA. Pandia Rajan R (Membership No. 212861), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for a consolidated period of 60 (Sixty) days with effect from 3rd January, 2025. CA.
