2022/DD/159/2022/DC/1733/2023.—In terms of the provisions of Section 21B(3) of the Chartered Accountants Act,
1949 read with Rules 18(17) of the Chartered Accountants (Procedure of Investigations of Professional and Other
Misconduct and Conduct of Cases) Rules, 2007, the Disciplinary Committee has held CA. Muni Kumar Gubiligari
(Membership No. 234106), NO 18, Old No. 1612, 2nd Floor, East End Main Road, Jayanagar, 9th Block,
BENGALURU- 560069, Guilty of Professional and/or Other Misconduct and consequently after affording an
opportunity of being heard in terms of Rule 19(1) of the aforesaid Rules ordered as per the table below:

The Committee also ordered that the punishment shall run concurrently in both the matters. Since the
Respondent had failed to pay the imposed fine within stipulated time, in pursuance of the aforesaid Order of the
Disciplinary Committee and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 20 of the aforesaid Act,
read with Regulation 18 of the Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988, it is hereby notified that the name of
CA. Muni Kumar Gubiligari (Membership No. 234106), shall stand removed from the Register of Members for
a consolidated period of 120(One Hundred Twenty) days [90(Ninety) days plus additional 30(Thirty) days] with
effect from 3rd January, 2025.
