Short title and commencement – (1) This Order may be called the Copper (Quality Control) Amendment Order, 2023. (2) It shall come into forc e on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Copper (Quality Control) Order, 2023, in paragraph 1, for sub -paragraph (2), the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted, namely: - “(2) This Order shall come into force with effect fr om 01.06.2024.” [F.
