(1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) (Eighth Amendment) ( Order), (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Fertilizer (Inorganic, Organic or Mixed) (Control) Order, 1985 , in sub -clause (3) of clause 29 ,- (i) for the words “one year’’ the words “six months” shall be substituted (ii) for the figure “2022” the figure “2023” shall be substituted .
