L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-03072026-274069 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3479] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 3, 2026/ASHADHA 12, 1948 5010 GI/2026 (1) MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2026 S.O. 3615(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Gauhati High Court and the Government of Assam- hereby designates the new NIA Special Court in Guwahati named "Special NIA Court at Guwahati" as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency. The jurisdiction of the Special Court for National Investigation Agency mentioned above shall extend throughout the State of Assam. [F.No. 11011/42/2022- NIA] RAKESH RATHI, Jt. Secy. NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 3rd July, 2026 S.O. 3616(E)- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government- in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Punjab & Haryana High Court and the Government of Punjab- hereby designates the new Sessions Court named “NIA-I at SAS Nagar" as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
