The Gazette of India EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2777] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, JULY 3, 2023/ASHADHA 12, 1945 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2023 S.O. 2900(E).—In pursuance of clause (1) of article 239 of the Constitution, the President hereby directs that the Lieutenant Governor of the Union territory of Ladakh shall, subject to the control of the President and until further order, exercise the powers and discharge the functions of the State Government under the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisement) Act, 1954 (21 of 1954) within the said Union territory.
