The Ministry of Home Affairs, through Notification S.O. 2467(E) dated June 3, 2025, published in New Delhi, has announced that the Central Government, exercising powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Ladakh Autonomous Hill Development Councils (Amendment) Regulation, 2025, has appointed June 3, 2025, as the effective date for the provisions of the said Regulation. The notification was signed by Prashant Lokhande, Joint Secretary.
