N. 150(E).—In pursuance of the provision of sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No. 434/PB-HP/2024(1) dated 23.04.2024 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment of Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Punjab.
