Deen Dayal Upadhyaya multitracking (15 km) including construction of a new Rail-cum-Road Bridge across Ganga River" as a "Special Railway Project" for acquisition of land in District Varanasi of the State Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
