This notification will remain in effect for a period of five years from its publication date in the Official Gazette or until the expiry or termination of the granted accreditation, whichever occurs earlier.

The said agency shall carry out prospecting operations in compliance with the conditions specified in the said guidelines. 3. This notification shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette or till the expiry or termination of the accreditation granted, whichever is earlier.
