L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-02012026-269059 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 08] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, JANUARY 1, 2026/PAUSHA 11, 1947 MINISTRY OF MINES NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st December, 2025 S.O. 8(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the second proviso to sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (67 of 1957), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Mines, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.3327(E). dated the 18th July, 2025, namely:- In the said notification, for the words "M/s. Maheshwari Mining Private Limited", the words and brackets “M/s. MMPL Private Limited (formerly Maheshwari Mining Pvt. Ltd.)" shall be substituted. [F.
