NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st May, 2024
O. N. 141(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of
the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission hereby directs that following amendment shall be made
in its Notification No. 434/GOA-HP/2019(2) dated 20th March, 2019, as amended from time to time, relating to the
appointment of Assistant Returning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State of Goa, namely;
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification the following entries shall be placed after the last
existing entry in respect of 1 – North Goa and 2 – South Goa Parliamentary Constituency, under column 1 :-

All the above officers, as mentioned in column 2 of the Table shall cease to function as Assistant Returning
Officers after the completion of the General Election to Lok Sabha, 2024 of Goa.
