O. N. 7(E). -In exercise of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the Representation of the People
Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its earlier Notification No. 434/GOA-HP/2019 (2) dated 20th March, 2019
and all subsequent amendments made therein, from time to time, the Election Commission hereby appoints, in consultation
with the Government of Goa, the Officers of the Government of Goa as specified in column 3 of the Table appended below,
as the Assistant Returning Officer to assist the Returning Officer of the Parliamentary Constituency in the State of Goa, as
specified in column 1 of the Table :-
