L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-01042025-262175 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1521] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, APRIL 1, 2025/ CHAITRA 11, 1947 MINISTRY OF HOME AFFAIRS (CTCR DIVISION) NOTIFICATION New Delhi 28th March, 2025 S.O. 1539(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Investigation Agency, Act 2008 (34 of 2008), the Central Government, in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Home Affairs, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O. 4465(E), dated the 12th December, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Bombay and the Government of Maharashtra, hereby designates the Court of Sessions at City Civil Court, Bombay (Court No. 25), as the Special Court for the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 11 of the said Act, exclusively for the trial of the Scheduled Offences investigated by the National Investigation Agency.
