Detailed Summary

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 37A of section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989, the Central Government, through the Ministry of Railways (S.E.C.Railway), notifies certain projects as Special Railway Projects. This notification is for the purpose of providing national infrastructure for a public purpose within the State of Chhattisgarh. The project specified in the accompanying Table is the "Kharsia - Naya Raipur - Parmalkasa 5th and 6th line" covering a distance of 278 Km. This notification takes effect from the date of its publication in the official gazette.
