S.O. 945(E). In the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3, Sub-section (ii), Serial No. 530
(E), published on 04 February 2026, in the land acquisition notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20E of
the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) for "Chord line
between Ex-Gurda to Robertson to avoid Kharsia for loaded trains going towards Raigarh from CERL (6.42 km) of
South East Central Railway". following description of the land to be acquired, with or without structures, should also
be read along with as under: –
SCHEDULE
Brief description of the land to be acquired, with or without structure, for the Special Railway Project,
namely, Chord line between Ex-Gurda to Robertson to avoid Kharsia for loaded trains going towards Raigarh
from CERL (6.42 km) of South East Central Railway.
