NOTIFICATION
Patna, the 11th January, 2025
S.O. 414(E). In Exercise of Power conferred under clause 20F (6) of Section 3 of the
Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, Divisional Commissioner, Patna, Govt of Bihar as nominated by
Additional Chief Secretary Revenue & Land reforms Department, Govt of Bihar, Patna is hereby
authorised as an Arbitrator to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the matter
of/for land acquisition for the project Act “Ara Bye pass Line to be connected from Jagjivan Halt
(PNBE-DDU Main line) to existing Ara-Sasaram line through link cabin (Y- Connectivity at Ara)
(3.06 Km) under Danapur Division of East Central Railway)”, which is a special Railway project,
in the State of Bihar. This will be effective from the date of publication of this notification in the
Gazette of India.
