NOTIFICATION
Patna, the 26th February, 2025
S.O. 1100(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway
(Amendment) Act 2008, the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below, as nominated by the State
Government, is hereby authorised as Competent Authority for Land Acquisition (CALA) to perform the functions
of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India
in respect of the Special Railway Project “Bithan-KusheshwarAsthan-Harnagar (detour alignment) in
connection with Sakri-Hasanpur New Line Project of East Central Railway", in the state of Bihar relating to the
districts mentioned in column (3) of the said table.
