NOTIFICATION
MALIGAON, the 24th July, 2025
S.O. 3465(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the following projects as special railway project, as mentioned
in column (2) of the table below in the State mentioned in column (3) of the said table with effect from the date of
publication of these notification in the Official Gazette.

NOTIFICATION
MALIGAON, the 24th July, 2025
S.O. 3466(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act,
1989(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorise the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table
below as "Competent Authority" to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the special railway project of "Construction
of 4 lane Road Over Bridge At level Crossing No. NN-1(Manned) at Km-2/2-3 in between NJP-ABFC” in the State of
West Bengal relating to district Mentioned in Column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution
maintenance, management and operation of such special Railway Project.
