In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of UCO Bank, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India

The UCO Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2026, are hereby made to amend the UCO Bank Officer Employees' (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1976.

UCO Bank amends the UCO Bank (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995, by making new regulations called the UCO Bank (Employees') Pension (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.
