It has been further ordered that the period of suspension of the Charged Officer be treated as 'On duty' and he shall be entitled to all wages for the period of his suspension, subject to adjustment of subsistence allowance already paid to him. The officer shall also be entitled to all consequential retiral benefits as per rules.
