No. 10(1)(10)/SI/PO (IADP)/2022/414.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 12 read with sub-section (14) of Section 2 of the Seed act, 1966 (54 of 1966), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to designate Dr. Rahul Kumar, Technical Assistant, possessing the prescribed qualification as per the Seed Rules, 1968 to discharge the functioning of the Seed Analyst for National Capital Territory of Delhi with immediate effect, in addition to his existing duties without any extra remuneration for a period of six months as per Seed Rules, 1968. The notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in official gazette. The Notification No. 10(196)/PO/Estt./2014-15/2376-2383, dated 13.10.2014 is hereby superseded.
