No. 20/4/2003/HP-II.—Whereas, it is necessary to establishuniform restriction timings for the operation and idle parking of heavy goods vehicles, medium goods vehicles,and light goods vehicles,as periodically enforced by the Delhi Traffic Police, to align with those notified by the Transport Department of Government of NCT of Delhi. Therefore, I, S.K. Singh, Deputy Commissioner of Police/Traffic (HQ-II), Delhi, exercising the powers conferred upon me under Regulation 30(1) of "The Delhi Control of Vehicular and Other Traffic on Roads and Streets Regulations, 1980", as amendment by notification No. 03/Spl. The relevant civic road agencies responsible for maintaining the roads and areas shall install informational signboards indicating the restrictionsfor theguidance and convenience of everyone concerned.
