No. F.3 (02 )/Fin.(Exp-I)/2024-25/DS-I/498—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 148 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act,2017 (03 of 2017) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following amendments in the Government's Notification No. 30/2023-State Tax, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number F.3(18)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/085, dated 29th December, 2023, namely:- In the said notification, after the words “ hereby notifies the following special procedure to be followed" the words and figures “ with effect from 1st day of January 2024" shall be inserted and shall be deemed to have been inserted with effect from the 31st July 2023. Note: The principal Notification No. 30/2023- State Tax, was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number F.3(18)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023- 24/DS-I/085, dated 29th December, 2023.
