Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is of the view that the place, namely „400/220 K V GIS Dwarka Substation, Sector -5, Dwarka, New Delhi -1100 75‟ of Power Grid Corporation of India Limited is such, as any information with respect thereto or damage thereto would be useful to an enemy. NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clauses (c) and (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act, 1923 (Act 19 of 1923), read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. F. 2/10/72 -UTL dated the 19th January, 1973 published in the Gazette of India, Part -II, sub-section -(ii) of Section -3 dated 19th January, 1973 , the Lt.
