No. 451 PART II-I GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI 2021 DG/2025 HIGH COURT OF DELHI: NEW DELHI NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 24th March, 2025 No.12/Rules/DHC.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 7 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966 (Act 26 of 1966) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the High Court of Delhi, hereby makes the following amendment in Rule 1 of Part C of Chapter 3 of the High Court Rules & Orders, Volume V:- The following Clause (xviii) shall be inserted after the existing Clause (xvii) and before the proviso to Rule 1 of Part C of Chapter 3 of Volume V of the High Court Rules & Orders:- (xviii). Power to hear and dispose of applications for condonation of delay upto a period of 60 days in filing Civil Appeals. NOTE: THIS AMENDMENT SHALL COME INTO FORCE FROM THE DATE OF ITS PUBLICATION IN THE GAZETTE.
