No. 1/1747/NT(LA)/South/2024/091788481/35.— In the exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (2) of section 16 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013, the draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme has been prepared under section 16 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013, for families affected with the proposed acquisition of land bearing Khasra No. 94/1 (0-6-15), 99/1 (0-2-6), 100/1 (0-8-12), 100/2 (0-4-0), 102/1 (0-4-14) & 102/2 (0-9-9) total land measuring (1509.13 Sq. Mtr) of revenue village Khanpur (South District) for Delhi Metro line from Aerocity to Tughlakabad Corridor for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation the same is being published under rule 7 (5) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Compensation Rehabilitation and Resettlement and Development Plan) Rules 2015. Preface: - Vide Preliminary Notification No. F. No: F.1(1)/MICS/LAC/2023/2642-51 dated 30.10.2024 issued by District Magistrate (South), Govt. of NCT, the land bearing Khasra No. 94/1 (0-6-15), 99/1 (0-2-6), 100/1 (0-8-12), 100/2 (0-4-0), 102/1 (0-4-14) & 102/2 (0-9-9) total land measuring (1509.13 Sq. Mtr) of revenue village Khanpur (South District) was notified for acquisition u/s 11 (1) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land. Acquisition Act, 2013 for Delhi Metro line from Aerocity to Tughlakabad Corridor for Delhi Metro Rail Corporation. Vide above notification, Additional District Magistrate (South) was appointed as the Administrator under sub section (1) of Section 43 of the said Act for Rehabilitation & Resettlement of affected families due to acquisition of the said land as mentioned above. As per section 16 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013, Draft Rehabilitation & Resettlement Scheme is to be prepared by the Administrator. Upon the publication of the preliminary notification under sub-section 1 of section 11 by the Collector, South, a joint survey u/s 16(1) was carried out on 06/12/2024 regarding census of the affected families, particular of land and immovable properties, structures, trees, infrastructure facilities and utilities etc. of land bearing Khasra no. 94/1 (0-6-15), 99/1 (0-2-6), 100/1 (0-8-12), 100/2 (0-4-0), 102/1 (0-4-14) & 102/2 (0-9-9). (a) Particulars of lands and Immovable properties being acquired of each affected family: - Total land being acquired: - Khasra No. 94/1 (0-6-15), 99/1 (0-2-6), 100/1 (0-8-12), 100/2 (0-4-0), 102/1 (0- 4-14) & 102/2 (0-9-9), Total land measuring (1509.13 Sq. Mtr) Nature of land: Agriculture as per Revenue record. Trees: Nil Other immovable properties or assets: - Refer table at point g(a) below. (b) Livelihoods lost in respect of land losers and landless whose livelihood are primarily dependent on the lands being acquired: - As per Final SIA report and Joint Survey Report u/s 16 (1), livelihoods of persons engaged in commercial activities will be lost due to acquisition whose details are at point g(a)(i) i.e. list of affected families who are engaged in commercial activities. List of trade or businesses in the affected area: Refer point g(a)(i) i.e list of affected families at affected site who are engaged in commercial activities. List of persons belonging to SC/ST Handicapped or physically challenged persons in the affected area: Not Applicable (c) A list of public utilities and Govt, building which_are affected or likely to be affected where resettlement of affected families is involved: Displaced family : Nil. (3) As per revenue record & preliminary notification dated 30.10.2024, the type of land under acquisition is "Agriculture". No documents related change of land use has been provided by the affected families during SIA or Joint survey. Therefore, it may be presumed that all the structures are unauthorized.
