NOTIFICATION
Delhi, the 20th January, 2025
F. No. 1/60/2024-Judl./Suptlaw/66-69.—In pursuance of the provision contained in Section 38A
of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 read with S.O. No. 457(E) dated 20th June, 1994 issued by Ministry of
Home Affairs, Govt. of India, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi in consultation with
the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to designate the Courts of
District Judge-01 and District Judge-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as Additional Rent
Control Tribunals for dealing with appeals under Section 38 of the said Act, pertaining to the Central
District (Judicial) of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
