No. B/14/2026-Home-II/978-986.— In pursuance of the provisions of clause (c) of section 2 of the Immigration and Foreigners Act, 2025 (13 of 2025) and read with notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, S/O/ 3989 (E), dated the 1st September, 2025, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Branch, Delhi Police, to perform the functions of the civil authority under the said Act, the Immigration and Foreigners Rules, 2025 and Immigration and Foreigners Orders, 2025 within the jurisdiction of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
