The Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, by Notification F. No. 27/24/2023-Judl./Suptlaw/1861-1865 dated 16th October 2024 (Delhi), in pursuance of Section 9 of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) and Rule 10 of the Delhi Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996, read with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and S.O. No. 3753(E) dated 2nd September 2024 issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, records that the Lt. Governor of NCT of Delhi, in consultation with the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi, nominated non-ex-officio members under Rule 10(4)(a) (for the period 17.02.2024 to 31.03.2025) and Rule 10(4)(b) and (c) (for the period 01.04.2023 to 31.03.2025) to at least ten District Legal Services Authorities (West, South East, East, North East, Shahdara, North, North West, South West, Central and South), each comprising a social worker/civil society nominee, a Bar Association secretary and the District Magistrate as nominated members, including named individuals Ms. Juhi Jain, Ms. Shahin Hussain, Dr. Prem Kumar Tyagi, Ms. Subhashini Ratan, Sh. Avinash Gupta, Ms. Rita Singh, Ms. Radha Bhardwaj, Ms. Laxmi Krishnan, Sh. Roopak Chauhan and Hon'ble Mr. Justice G.P. Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 (39 of 1987) and Rule 10 of the Delhi Legal Services Authority Rules, 1996 read
with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991 and S.O.
No.3753 (E) dated 2nd September, 2024 issued by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India, the Lt. Governor of
National Capital Territory of Delhi in consultation with the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice of the High Court of Delhi,
is pleased to nominate the following Members, under Rule 10 (4) (b) and Rule 10 (4) (c) for a period w.e.f.
01.04.2023 to 31.03.2025 and under Rule 10 (4) (a) w.e.f. 17.02.2024 to 31.03.2025; other than the Ex-Officio
