The Health and Family Welfare Department (Directorate of Ayush), Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, issued notification F.No. 14(2)/SC/Court Case/AYUSH/2025/1123 on 15th May, 2025. In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, 1954 read with Rule 3 of the Drugs & Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Rules, 1955, and Government of India, Ministry of Health Notification No. 12-72 / 52 D dated the 12th October 1957, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to authorize all Drugs Inspectors of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi to perform all acts under the said Rule (Rule 3 of the 1955 Rules) within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. The notification is issued by order in the name of the Lt. Governor and signed by RAJ KUMAR, Dy. Secy.
