Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Head of all Flying Squad Team (s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team (s) and all Sector Officers during the forthcoming General Election to Delhi Legislative Assembly - 2025 , w.e.f. the date of assumption of charge till they ho ld the posts of the Head of Flying Squad Team (s), Static Surveillance Team (s) and Sector Officers in the Election Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier .
