Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Ld. Trial Court as well as Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No. 197/2019 u/s 3/4 MCOCA r/w 174AIPC, PS Crime Branch, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 15.10.2025:- +--------+---------------------------------------+-------------------+ | S.
