Akhand Pratap Singh, Advocate as Special Public Prosecutor to represent the State before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and to brief the Counsel of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, as and when required in Case FIR No. 91/2021 U/s 3/4 MCOC Act, 4/5 Explosive Substance Act and 25 Arms Act, PS Special Cell, Delhi on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 19.02.2026:- +-------+---------------------------------------------------+-----------------+ | S.
