Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint Mr. Sameer Vashisht , Advocate as Standing Counsel (Civil) for the High Court of Delhi in relation to any suit, writ petition, appe al or other proceedings by or against the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or Union of India in relation to the affairs of the National Capital Territory of Delhi and / or public officer(s) whose defence has been undertaken by it. The appointment of the above -named advocate shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed from time to time.
