No. 18/355/2017-Home (G)/2789-2808.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 1207 of Delhi Prison Rules, 2018, Hon'ble Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby delegates the power to grant or extend regular parole, other than cases falling under rule 1211 of the said Rules, to the Principal Secretary (Home), Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, with immediate effect.
