Guidelines for Community Services
In supersession of Notification F. No. 11/08/2024/HP-II/Part File/1527-1535 dated 16.05.2025, the amended
guidelines for Community Services will be as under:
F. No. 11/08/2024/HP-II/ Part File/2687-2695— In relation to Section 4(f) of the Bharatiya Nyaya
Sanhita, 2023, and in exercise of the Powers conferred by relevant sections of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita,
2023, the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital territory of Delhi hereby makes the following guidelines for award
of Community Services as punishment:
