Detailed Summary

The President of India, in pursuance of Section 22 B of the Legal Services Authorities Act 1987 read with sub-section (a) of Section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, and pursuant to the recommendation of the Delhi State Legal Service Authority, has re-constituted Permanent Lok Adalat-III with effect from 04.11.2024. This re-constitution is in supersession of Notification No.1/24/2017-Judl./Suptlaw/1369-1371 dated 25.07.2023. The re-constituted Lok Adalat comprises Chairperson Sh. Ram Prakash Pandey and Other Persons/Members Sh. Kuldeep Kumar Jain and Sh. Jaitinder Kapoor, who will exercise jurisdiction in matters related to electricity within the National Capital Territory of Delhi. This notification is issued by the Department of Law, Justice and Legislative Affairs, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, vide Notification No. F. 1/64/2024-Judl./Suptlaw/807-809 dated 14th May, 2025.
