No. 103 PART IV GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI HOME POLICE-I/ESTABLISHMENT DEPARTMENT NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 26th April, 2023 F.No.1/6/2016/HP-I/Estt./269 to 276.-In partial modification of this Government's notification No. F.01/02/ 2015/HP-I/Estt./2732 to 2739 dated 12.08.2015, No. F.01/06/2016/HP-I/Estt./6415 to 6422 dated 31.12.2018 and F.01/06/HP-I/Estt./2380 to 2387 dated 21.9.2022 and in exercise of powers conferred under section 10 of the Delhi Police Act, 1978 (34 of 1978) read with the clause (s) of section 2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), and Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi notification No.U-11011/2/74-UTL(i) dated 20.03.1974, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in order to facilitate extension of better police assistance to the public, hereby, is pleased to direct and declare as under:- (i) That the Tuglak Road shall be a separate Sub-Division in New Delhi District from the date of issue of this notification; (ii) That the Police Station Tuglak Road shall be excluded from the jurisdiction of Sub-Division Chanakya Puri from the date of issue of this notification; (iii) That the newly created Police Station Kartavya Path and existing Police Station Tuglak Road shall be included in the jurisdiction of Sub-Division Tuglak Road from the date of issue of this notification and; (iv) That after creation of new Sub-Division Tuglak Road, the position of Sub-Divisions and Police Stations in New Delhi District shall be henceforth, as defined in the schedule given below:- SCHEDULE +-------+---------------------+-------------------------+ | Sl.No.| Name of Sub-Division| Name of Police Station | +=======+=====================+=========================+ | 1. | Parliament Street | 1.
