BE it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the National Capital Ter ritoryof Delhi in the Seventy -thirdYear of the Republic of India as follows: - Short title. 1. This Act may be called the Delhi Appropriation (No.4) Act, 2023. Issue of `2165,56,68,000/ -from 2. Appropriation. 3. The sums authorised to be paid and applied from and outof the Consolidated Fund of the National Capital Territory of Delhi by this Act, shall be appropriated for the services and purposes expressed in the Schedule in relation to the said year. This bill seeks to achieve the above objectives.
