Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi is pleased to appoint and confer powers of Special Executive Magistrate upon all the Head of all Flying Squad Team (s), Head of all Static Surveillance Team (s) and al l Sector Officers during the forthcoming General Election to Lok Sabha - 2024 , w.e.f. the date of a ssumption of charge till they hold the post of the Head of Flying Squad Team (s), Static Surveillance Team (s) and Sector Officers in the Election Department or till further orders, whichever is earlier .
