No. TPT-B015/1/2026/E-File: 370105/39464.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (5) of Rule 167 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, as amended vide G.S.R. 48(E) dated 20.01.2026 read with sub-section (41) of section 2 of the Motor Vehicles Act, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby specifies the following officers as the Authorities for Redressal for the purposes of the said rule:- +-------+-------------------------------------+---------------------------------------------+ | S. This notification shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
