Governor, Delhi, hereby notifies that the words "Registered Post” wherever, they occur in any Rules, Notifications, Practice Directions and Orders etc. relating to District Courts of Delhi and issued by this Court be read as "Speed Post" with effect from the date of merger of “Registered Post” Service into "Speed Post" as notified by the Department of Posts, Ministry of Communications, Government of India.
