Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, in pursuance of Rule 12 of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, following their success in the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2024, held under Rule 7(1)(b) of the same Rules. The appointments are against regular vacant posts, based on their inter se seniority in the Delhi Judicial Service, and are on probation for a period of two years effective from the date they assume charge. The appointments are subject to the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, as amended, and other applicable orders, with the post carrying the pay scale for Promoted Officers as specified in Rule 20 of the Rules.

Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, in consultation with the High Court of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the following candidates as member of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service pursuant to their passing of the Limited Departmental Competitive Examination, 2024, held under rule 7(1)(b) Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970, against regular vacant posts in order of their inter se seniority in Delhi Judicial Service on probation, for a period of two years w.e.f. the date they assume the charge of their office. (1) Mr. Puneet Nagpal (2) Mr. Nishant Garg (3) Ms. Swati Gupta-I 2. The above appointment shall be subject to the provisions of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rules, 1970 as amended up to date and other orders/instructions as may be applicable to the officers of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service from time to time. 3. The post carries the scale of pay of members of the Delhi Higher Judicial Service, as is provided in Rule 20 of Delhi Higher Judicial Service Rule, 1970, in respect of Promoted Officers.
