Therefore, now in exercise of powers conferred under sub section (k) of Section 2 of the Delhi Industrial Development, Operation and Maintenance Act, 2010 and in supersession of Notification of this Government , F. No. 7/EM(BN)/CI/12 -13/Pt. -1/892 -902 dated 4th October, 2023, the Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby declares an area of 54.89 Hectare of Baprola Industrial Area to be developed as “Industrial Park” as per the land use ment ioned in the Notification No. SO. 3716(E) dated 20.12.2013 issued by Ministry of Urban Development (Delhi Division), Govt. of India and under the provisions of Delhi Industrial Development, Operation & Maintenance (DIDOM) Act, 2010. Note: • The activities permitted within “Industrial” use zone will be strictly as per Master Plan of Delhi -2021. • The development in other land use pockets of the project shall adhere to prevailing Master Plan of Delhi.
