In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Himachal Pradesh Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1966 (Himachal Pradesh Act No. 8 of 1966), as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, read with clause (b) of section 45D of the Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi Act, 1991, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi hereby appoints the following persons as Vice-Chairperson and non-official members, including, of the Delhi Khadi and Village Industries Board:- +-------+---------------------+----------------+ | S. The Board shall exercise the powers and perform the duties conferred and imposed upon it under the said Act, as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi. 3. This notification is issued in continuation of Notification No. IND/ AI/ 6/2024/ DC(DKVIB)/ 167-180 dated 17-10-2025 and in supersession of all previous notifications issued in respect of the Vice-Chairperson and non- official Members of the Delhi Khadi and Village Industries Board, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession."
