(Exp-I)/2024-25/DS-I/571—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 128 of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (03 of 2017), the Lieutenant Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendments in the Government Notification No. 73/2017– State Tax, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number F.3 (80)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/57, dated 31st Jan, 2018 namely:— In the said notification, in the sixth proviso, for the words, letter and figure "30th day of June,2023" the words, letter and figure “31st day of August, 2023" shall be substituted. 2. This notification shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 30th day of June, 2023. Note: The principal notification No. 73/2017– State Tax, was published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number F.3 (80)/Fin.(Rev-I)/2017-18/DS-VI/57, dated 31st Jan, 2018 and was last amended vide notification number 02/2023 State Tax, published in the Gazette of Delhi, Extraordinary, Part IV, Section 3, Sub- section (i), vide number F.3 (16)/Fin.(Exp-I)/2023-24/DS-I/1058, dated 15th December, 2023.
