Trial Court as well as Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in the matter of case FIR No. 19/26 dated, 20.02.2026 U/121(1)/132/195(1)/221/223(A)/190/ 191(1)/192/196/197/61(2)/3(5) BNS PS, Tilak Marg, New Delhi (Now investigated by ISC/Crime Branch, Delhi) on the following fee structure as proposed by Delhi Police vide their letter dated 09.03.2026:- Detail of work | Proposed fee Appearance per hearing | Rs. 25,000/- Conference charges for discussion of case with ASG/ Senior Police Officials/Investigating Officer Parokar. | Rs. 10,000/- Drafting Petition/ Application /Reply/ Written/ Arguments /etc | Rs. 10,000/- Clerkage | 10% of the total bill amount.
